Rosie Connolly is deffo one of the most stylish and social savvy gals out there. Her sleek style has earned her both a modelling contract with Andrea Roche Modelling Agency and 85,000 followers on Instagram so it came as no surprise to us that she was nominated in the category of Most Stylish Online Influencer at this year’s VIP Style Awards 2016.

We caught up with her to talk budget buys and fashion hacks.

What one piece of style advice would you give to our readers?

Focus on what you like and be comfortable, there’s nothing worse than following a trend that you’re uncomfortable with because that definitely shines through. So wear something you’re comfortable in but still touching on a little bit of trend.

Where do you go for your best budget buys?

Penneys. I know everybody says that, but you really can’t go wrong with Penneys. They are just so on trend all the time. Every time you see something within a week it’s there and in a cheaper version and that’s what you want; it’s a lot more accessible for people. It’s especially great for accessories and shoes, it helps you freshen up your look without spending a fortune.

How can we easily transform a good outfit into a great outfit?

I think a good pair of shoes can definitely transform any outfit, you can  have a really simple outfit and it will be transformed with a standout pair of shoes, it just changes the whole look!
