‘Stick To The Lip Gloss’: Sharon Osbourne Scathingly Reacts To Kendall And Kylie’s Latest F*ck Up

They've also been threatened with legal action by the family of Notorious BIG.

Kendall and Kylie Jenner are facing backlash this morning after launching a range of t-shirts, costing $125 each, with their faces superimposed over the images of musical legends, including Notorious BIG, Tupac and Ozzy Osbourne.

Not only have the sisters been branded as “disrespectful” and “disgusting” by fans of the musicians, but the families of those involved have also called out the young reality stars for their insensitive move.

One such person was Sharon Osbourne, wife of Ozzy. Taking to Twitter, she slammed the Jenners saying, “Girls, you haven’t earned the right to put your face with musical icons. Stick to what you know… lip gloss.”

Voletta Wallace, Notorious BIG’s mother, also criticized Kendall and Kylie in an Instagram post saying, “I am not sure who told @kyliejenner and @kendalljenner that they had the right to do this. The disrespect of these girls to not even reach out to me or anyone connected to the estate baffles me.

“I have no idea why they feel they can exploit the deaths of 2pac [sic] and my son Christopher to sell a T-shirt. This is disrespectful, disgusting, and exploitation at its worst!!!”

Not only that, but a lawyer for the rapper’s estate threatened the girls with legal action if they didn’t pull the t-shirts from their website immediately. Julian K Petty, the lawyer for Notorious BIG’s estate, sent a cease-and-desist letter to the Jenner’s on Thursday, demanding that the pair stop selling the shirts by 5pm on Friday. “This is misappropriation at its finest,” he told TMZ. “I’m curious to hear the justification. I’m even more curious to hear the proposed resolution.”

Kendall quickly responded, saying that she and her sister were sorry for causing offence and that the t-shirts have now been pulled from their website. She wrote, “These designs were not well thought out and we deeply apologise to anyone that has been upset and/or offended, especially to the families of the artists.

“We are huge fans of their music and it was not our intention to disrespect these cultural icons in any way.

“The tee shirts have been pulled from retail and all images have been removed. We will use this as an opportunity to learn from these mistakes and again, we are very sorry.”

But that didn’t stop Kelly Osbourne, whose dad was featured on one of the t-shirts from having the last word. Talking to Instagram, she posted a photo of a white t-shirt with the Jenner’s faces on it, but superimposed a photo of herself giving them the middle finger on top.
