Zara may well be one of our favourite high-street shopping destos, but the fashion brand have just landed themselves in some legal hot water.

That’s because they’re allegedly under fire for ‘deceptive pricing practices.’

Apparently the Spanish Fashion brand are being sued by a Californian customer Devin Rose, who claims that Zara are only tagging their clothes with euro prices and then selling them “for a substantially higher amount in dollars” that aren’t in line with exchange rates at the till.

A US spokesperson for the brand says that Zara “vehemently denies” the allegations.

More as we get it.
