A Doctor Has Slammed Khloe Kardashian For Doling Out This Questionable Vagina Advice

Just like douching and steaming, the doc says it's a very bad idea.

Khloe Kardashian

While we may take Khloe Kardashian’s word as gospel on all things beauty, fitness and diet related, a doctor has said it would be wise to ignore her recent advice about vagina care.

Koko shared the tip on her app recently, telling fans of the wonder of applying vitamin E to you vagina to combat dryness.

‘No joke,” she writes. “Vitamin E may strength vaginal lining! Moisturise your labia and vagina with Vitamin E oil to combat dryness and sooth irritation.”

While that advice may seem harmless enough, Dr Jennifer Gunter, a San Francisco-based Ob/Gyn has said using vitamin E on your vajajay is a very bad idea and it’s simply not needed.

“I would not recommend this nor is there any study that looks at this for healthy premenopausal women,” she told The Daily Beast. “If you are 32 and have a dry vagina, see your doctor and try a silicone-based lube.”

The takeaway then? If it ain’t broke don’t fix – oh, and when it comes to your vagina, trust your gyno’s advice, over Khloe Kardashian’s.
