It's the first store to open in Ireland.
One of the world’s most famous doughnut shops has officially confirmed they’re coming to Ireland. Go on, do your happy dance!
Krispy Kreme, which was founded in North Carolina, already has branches across the US, UK, Australia and Asia, and now it’s coming to Dublin.
According to the Irish Independent, the brand will be setting up shop in Blanchardstown Shopping Centre, in Dublin 15. However, it’s not yet known when it’ll open or what outlet in the shopping centre it will fill.
The news is going down a treat with Irish doughnut lovers, with many taking to Twitter to air their excitement. One person tweeted, “Blanch is getting a Krispy Kreme! Yes yes yes 🍩,” while another wrote, “Krispy Kreme opening in blanch! That’s one doughnut shop you won’t be complaining about opening!”
