“What Happened?!” Khloe Kardashian Fans Are Convinced She’s Had A Nose Job

Khloe Kardashian shared a snap on Instagram last night and while her caption tries to draw attention to her little dog, fans have been more focused on the reality star’s face.

Taking to the comment section, many of them have suggested the 33-year-old has had cosmetic surgery carried out on her nose because it looks a lot slimmer than usual. “What happened to your nose?!” one fan questioned. Another asked, “What have you done to your nose girl?”

A few people have been downright nasty, comparing her to Michael Jackson. However, others have defended Khloe, saying the change in her appearance is down to heavy contouring, not a nose job. Some have commented that it’s just dodgy Photoshop.
