Camile’s guest chef, Finn Ní Fhaolain, has created a brand new gluten-free dish made up of wild Atlantic prawns, wok-fried pak choi, beans, scallions, broccoli and Chinese leaf, all tossed in a gluten-free seasoning sauce. She then garnishes it with toasted white rice and limes, and serves with brown and wild rice. We’re drooling at the thought of it…
Finn says, “it incorporates so many of my favourite foods such as high quality seafood, loads of bright fresh greens and a naturally gluten free (and delicious) sauce. I’ve also given the dish a unique crunchy and tangy finish with toasted rice powder and a wedge of lime. It’s a real comfort food and something I would make at home for myself and friends.”
