The Trailer For Netflix’s ‘Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina’ Is Here And It Looks Creepy AF

This is definitely NOT the Nickelodeon show we all know and love.

Our beloved Sabrina of the 90’s is long gone, and this one looks way scarier.

What was once a much loved kids TV show on Nickelodeon is now a chilling Netflix Original. Coming to our screens this October is a new spin-off of Sabrina the Teenage Witch, but this one doesn’t star Melissa Joan Hart.

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is based on a spinoff of the same title from Archie Comics’ imprint Archie Horror, the same comics behind Riverdale.

Originally intended to be a crossover with Riverdale, Netflix picked up Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and gave it it’s very own show starring Mad Men’s Kiernan Shipka as Sabrina, Ross Lynch as Harvey Kinkle with Michelle Gomez (Doctor Who) as Madam Satan.

On Tuesday, Netflix unveiled a new poster for the series, and it’s giving us serious horror vibes.

The first trailer for the show was released yesterday, and after watching we can get a good idea of what we’re in for, which is looking like a seriously creepy storyline and lots of scares.

In the teaser, a seriously unnerving voice sings “Happy Birthday”, and we’re shown lots of quick shots of creepy mortuaries..

 

..terrifying characters..

..and a familiar looking love interest (we <3 Harvey).

There’s a lot going on in this 50 second long trailer and we can’t wait! It’ll be on Netflix on October 26th, just in time for some Halloween binging.
