There Could Be A FOURTH Bridget Jones Film And We Are SO Ready For It!

Renee Zellweger has confirmed she's up for it!

Bridget Jones

Seventeen years after Bridget Jones’s Diary hit our screens in 2001, Renee Zellweger has confirmed she’s not ready to hang up her granny knickers just yet.

Three films later, the 48-year-old actress said she’d love to play the role of the calamity character for a fourth time. Speaking to the Daily Record about the possibility of another movie, she said, “I really hope so. I do. I love her. She’s so much fun.”

In the last instalment, we saw her character welcome her first child into the world, and Renee thinks it’s a great place to pick up from. “I really like the place she is at in her life,” she said, “but it’s Bridget and there’s always going to be some drama. She’s so perfectly imperfect.”

Would you like to see Bridget return to the big screen? ‘Cause we *definitely* would.
