Which Actress Dared To Bite Beyoncé In The Face? An Investigation

Girls Trip actress Tiffany Haddish says an actress 'on drugs' bit Bey at a party. We will not rest until we know who it was.

If you’ve been on social media over the past 24 hours, you’ll have heard this important piece of news: An actress bit Beyoncé in the face, and everyone is trying to figure out who it was.

In a new interview with GQ, Girls Trip actress Tiffany Haddish shared a story about meeting Beyoncé at a party just before Christmas – the one that spawned this selfie:

There was this actress there that’s just like, doing the mostest. She bit Beyoncé in the face. So Beyoncé stormed away, went up to Jay Z and was like, “Jay! Come here! This bitch -” and snatched him. They went to the back of the room. I was like, “What just happened?” And Beyoncé’s friend walked up and was like, “Can you believe this bitch just bit Beyoncé?”

According to Tiffany, the actress remained on the warpath, at one point telling her to stop dancing – which of course she was not about to do. She bumped in to Beyoncé again towards the end of the party, which resulted in this exchange:

Beyoncé’s at the bar, so I said to Beyoncé, “Did she really bite you?” She was like, “Yeah.” I was like, “She gonna get her ass beat tonight.” She was like, “Tiffany, no. Don’t do that. That bitch is on drugs. She not even drunk. The bitch is on drugs. She not like that all the time. Just chill.”

Can you imagine Bey saying that for one? Amazing. Now, bear in mind that Tiffany previously told a story about this party that involves an actress getting too close to Jay Z:

She touched Jay Z’s chest and Beyoncé came walking up like… “Biiiiiiitchhh!” But she didn’t say that. But her demeanour, her body from the way she walked up on them, said “Get your hands off my man’s chest.”

Could we assume that this is the same actress? Perhaps, but it’s also possible that there were two actresses out to bother Beyoncé that night. Either way, everyone is obsessed with finding out who it was – so let’s start with the facts.

The incident happened at an after-party for Jay Z’s concert in Inglewood, Los Angeles. Actress or actress-adjacent attendees included Rihanna and Queen Latifah, who are pals of the Carters, and not about to bite Beyoncé in the face.

But The Cut reports that two actresses by the names of Sara Foster and Sanaa Lathan were also at the party – they have both denied biting Beyoncé in the face:

Taraji P Henson’s name was thrown into the mix, but Tiffany has tweeted that it wasn’t her; Jennifer Lawrence has been mentioned… Chrissy Teigen, meanwhile, knows who it was, but won’t breathe a word:

Paddy Power has named Lena Dunham as the most likely attacker at 2/1, with Gwyneth Paltrow, Scarlett Johansson and Lindsay Lohan also in the running.

Don’t know about you, but we won’t rest until we know who disrespected the queen like this. We’re getting ‘Who Bit Beyoncé?’ t-shirts done up. Who wants in?
