Here's how to sign up
Do you know someone who would be perfect for the First Dates Ireland restaurant? Well, now is their chance as producers are looking for singletons to cast.
Applications for the hit reality dating show have just opened up. If you or someone you know is keen to get involved there are two pretty simple requirements: you must be over 18 and you must be single.
Those applying must also live in Ireland and have no ties to COCO Content or RTE.
The RTÉ show which is filmed in the restaurant at The Gibson Hotel, Coda Eatery, is hugely popular as it matches singletons of all ages looking for love.
Throughout previous seasons there is a huge variety of ages on the show, ranging from 20-year-olds looking for their first relationship to those over 70’s looking for love again.
Urging those who may be on the shy side to get incolved, Producer Robert Lanigan says:
Producer Robert Lanigan said: “We welcome all ages and love those people who are a little more mature, deciding to take a shot at love.”
“Men are little slower to apply, so if you know a single man, give him a nudge in our direction.”
If you fancy getting set up on a blind date for the telly, then what are you waiting for? Applications are open now.
