Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, so it’s time to say cheers to all things love and romance.
Whether this V day is going to be spent on self care, time with your besties, or cosying up to your boo, we reckon nothing can top off the day like a delicious cocktail!
Here’s six STELLAR approved drinks to mark the occasion.

Chocolate Martini

Valentine’s Day is usually punctuated with a box of chocolates, so why not combine the two?
This decadent chocolate martini from BBC Good Food will have you falling head over heels!
Ingredients:
• 1 tsp melted chocolate
• 50ml Irish cream liqueur (we love Baileys!)
• 50ml coffee liqueur
• 1 tbsp chocolate syrup
• 100ml vodka
• handful of ice
Recipe:
- Dip a pastry brush into the melted chocolate and brush up the side of two glasses. Chill until set.
- Pour the Irish cream liqueur, coffee liqueur, chocolate syrup and vodka into a shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard until the outside of the shaker feels very cold.
- Strain into the glasses, and enjoy!

This tart and tasty tequila cocktail adapted from Delicious is seriously refreshing and subtly sweet.
It’ll put you in the mood for a groove!
Ingredients:
• 50ml tequila
• 10ml fresh lime juice (about ½ lime), plus an (optional) wedge to wet the glass rim
• 10ml agave syrup
• 200ml Pink Grapefruit Soda (or a mixture of 60ml fresh grapefruit juice and 140ml regular soda water)
• Pink grapefruit slice or wedge to serve
Recipe:
- Rim a tumbler with salt (optional) by wetting the rim with a lime wedge, then dip it into a plate of salt.
- Fill the tumbler with ice, then add the tequila, lime juice and agave syrup. Stir well.
- Top up with your Pink Grapefruit Soda (or a mixture of fresh grapefruit and juice and soda water), then garnish with a slice or wedge of grapefruit
- Et voila! A delicious Paloma cocktail.

We particularly love a Pink Bikini Slushie for Galentine’s – it’s just so cute.
Plus, coconut rum and amaretto? We might as well be on our holidays. This one is adapted from BlendJet.
Ingredients:
• 60ml Coconut Rum
• 30ml  Amaretto
• 180ml Pink Lemonade
• Fresh Raspberries
• Ice Cubes
Recipe:
- To your Blender, add the coconut rum, amaretto, pink lemonade and a small handful of fresh raspberries.
- Blend until desired slushie consistency.
- Pour the cocktail mix into a coupe glass and garnish with raspberries. Delish!
Campari Spritz

A Campari Spritz oozes sophistication…it’s super sexy for a Valentine’s date!
This recipe adapted from Campari themselves is seriously easy, and will taste simply divine.
Ingredients:
• 3 parts Prosecco
• 2 parts Campari
• 1 part splash of soda water
Recipe:
- Pour the Prosecco, Campari and soda water directly into an ice-filled glass.
- Garnish with a slice of fresh orange.
- It’s that easy. We’ll take three!
