All The Things Team STELLAR Is Loving This Week

Happy weekend

It’s Friday, and it’s the weekend.

But not only is it the weekend, it’s the bank holiday weekend, so you’ve probably got lots on.

So do we, including relaying what we’ve been loving this week. Enjoy.

… Little Shop of Horrors

Our very own home grown Little Shop of Horrors opened this week in the Bord Gais, and lads, it was incredible.

Somehow naive to the fact that this musical was an Irish production,  I was expecting big things – and I got them.

The set was seriously impressive, the performances were next level, and lead David O’Reilly was only outstanding as Seymour.

The musical was put together by an all-Irish team of creatives, making it one of few musicals actually fully produced here at home.

It shows we can do it though, and that we’re actually pretty good at it.

Little Shop of Horrors runs in Dublin until August 9.

… A good hair day

There are few things better than a good blow dry.

The wash, the style, the assurance that those curls are going to stay in for a good few days. Such an experience could only be made better by having the products to bring home with you.

Clairol have recently launched their new collection, designed to give salon quality hair at home, while strengthening and enhancing prolonged vibrancy.

The shampoos and conditioners are powered by Metal Purifier technology, which combats metal buildup in the hair, helping hair stay stronger, shinier, and healthier for up to 10 weeks longer after colouring.

Gorge.

… A good eye mask

Pestle and Mortar have released the third product in their hyaluronic range – and it’s a good ‘un!

Following the successful launch of their Pure Hyaluronic Sheet Mask, the Irish brand introduced their Pure Hyaluronic Hydrogel Eye Patches.

This targeted treatment brings the moisture-boosting power of the brand’s iconic Pure Hyaluronic Serum directly to the delicate under-eye area.

Eye bags? Be gone!

… CFH x FUJIFILM

Fujifilm instax is the official partner of Copenhagen Fashion Week this month, a super exciting time for the brand as they’ll be focusing on creativity, artistry, and cultural expression.

From August 4 to 8 they’ll be launching a series of activations inviting creatives, photographers, and cultural commentators to interact with the instax mini 41™.

Attendees will be capturing Fashion Week in real time using instax, and a special Photographer Bus will transport runway photographers between show venues throughout the week.

More than just a means of getting from point A to B, it will serve as a mobile creative hub, wrapped in the iconic insta branding and celebrating the spirit of instant photography. How exciting?

… A burst of hydration

I’m a big skincare girlie – I use all the bits.

And even though I’ve been big into my serums and cleansers and retinols for a while now, that doesn’t mean that I don’t still get excited when I find a new product that I love. And one that’s so, so reasonably priced.

Neutrogena’s Hydro Boost Hydrating Face Gel has just landed into my skincare bag, and it’s given my face hydrating boost I didn’t even know I needed.

The gel contains 20% more hyaluronic acid, amino acids and electrolytes, giving you up to 72 hours of hydration, and leaving your face looking brighter and smoother.

This week I added it to my skincare routine and it’s been stunning. Smoothes on like a glove, absorbs quickly, and leaves my face feeling gorgeous. A pot also retails for just €14 – a game changer, honestly.
