The Exchange Bar & Restaurant: Introducing Dublin’s Most Stylish New Venue
STELLAR PROMOTION: How glam?
Festive season is almost upon us, and things are about to get busy.
Over the next while, you’ll likely be spending a lot of time in town, picking up presents, meeting friends for catchups, and going on a few Big Nights Out.
If you’re looking for somewhere to chill after shopping, enjoy a quick bite, or indulge in a leisurely meal before a night on the town, we’ve got you sorted.
The Exchange Bar & Restaurant is Dublin’s newest dining destination – and we’re only dying for an evening out at this stylish, bold venue in the heart of the city.
Located on the fringes of Temple Bar towards Christchurch Cathedral, The Exchange will further enhance NYX Hotel Dublin Christchurch’s reputation as one of city’s most appealing and stylish hotel openings of recent years… all the while serving a seriously impressive menu.
Curated by Head Chef, Stuart Heeney and his team, each dish showcases the depth of Ireland’s seasonal produce and a spirit of global curiosity.
Whether you’re a fan of smoky cooked meat dishes or meals touched by vibrant Asian aromatics, there’s something for every taste.
Every plate is made with locally sourced ingredients, reimagined with creativity and care. Starters include Salmon Tataki, seared and citrus cured organic Irish salmon, and Katsu-Glazed Baby Back Ribs finished with crispy onions and spicy miso dressing.
For mains why not go for the Peruvian Roast Chicken (Pollo a la Brasa), The Exchange’s take on a Peruvian roast chicken. It’s slow cooked in their Asador, basted with a Peruvian marinade, toasted almond, apricot and red onion cous cous, grilled hispi cabbage with aji verde and feta. Or for the veggies there’s a divine Rigatoni with Burrata. Yum!
But The Exchange isn’t just a restaurant, it’s a lively bar too! With its eclectic interiors and beautifully curated cocktail menu, you’ll find the perfect pour for every occasion.
Opt for fruity favs like the Elderflower Spritz and Pornstar Martini, or if you want something stronger, go for the Whiskey & Passion. The Exchange also boasts an extensive collection of wines from around the world, as well as local and international beers, premium whiskeys, and non-alcoholic drinks.
The venue also plays host to Live at the Exchange, with free live music every Friday and Saturday night. On the last Thursday of every month, there will be live jazz music featuring a rotating lineup of local talent – soulful and so cool!
If that wasn’t enough to whet your appetite, The Exchange also has a stylish, private events space, The Vault.
Tucked off the main bar, the space is perfect for private dining, business meetings, product launches, or intimate gatherings.
The Exchange is now open for lunch, dinner, and drinks. Book a table here!
