The Irish are taking over.

We’re winning Oscars, we’re slaying the Golden Globes, and we’re styling up a storm at the BAFTAs.

We’ve also been making history, as Jessie Buckley became the first ever Irish woman to walk away with the BAFTA for Best Actress on Sunday night for her role in Hamnet.

Deserved, honestly.
