Niall Horan confessed that he still hasn’t been able to come to terms with losing his former One Direction bandmate, Liam Payne.

Liam sadly passed away in 2024 after falling from a balcony in his hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Appearing on The Tommy Tiernan Show, Niall opened up about the loss.

“I was only home after a big, long stint on the road,” the Mullingar man explained.

“Itโ€™s a weird thing to be going through at thirty-something. Someone two weeks older than you can just beโ€ฆ here today, gone tomorrow.”

He went on to say that he chose not to look at the news after initially hearing that Liam had passed away.

“I canโ€™t be worrying about what theyโ€™re going to say next because Iโ€™d my own grief to deal with,” he confessed.
