What Team STELLAR Is Loving This Week
Few bits for the BH
Happy long weekend – got any plans?
Heading out? Staying in? Having a look at what Team STELLAR has been loving this week?
Of course you are.
… A city centre stay
There’s something about a night out in Dublin city centre.
The food, the entertainment, the fact that I’m not actually travelling that far from my own home. And it’s even better if you can stroll back to your hotel room at the end of the night.
The Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane is smack bang in the middle of the Dublin Docklands, making it the perfect location if you’re over for business… or, like me, heading to a show in the Bord Gais.
Myself and my mam saw Fawlty Towers there during the week, and yes, the show was great, but it was even better knowing that we were a mere few minutes from a comfortable bed afterwards.
Before the show we also dined in the newly refurbed Clayton for a pre-theatre meal, and the food quality really did impress. I went for prawns and pasta, while my mam had soup and fish.
The drinks were also flowing, which always leads to a decent night, in fairness.
The next morning we landed down to breakfast for a large buffet option, including mini hash browns and incredibly fresh pastries, before heading for a quick bus journey home. A solid night on the town.

… A gorgey set

I’m a fairly low maintenance beauty gal… except when it comes to my nails.
I want them long, and I want them done. I need to have acrylics on or else I feel nude. I hate having little stumps on the end of my fingers. It’s the worst.
I recently started going to a new salon on Dublin’s Francis St called Celestial Nails, and they might just be my new favourite nail techs.
Their socials indicated they were good for some nail art, so I went for an ocean, cloud-y kinda vibe.
And lads, the end result was unreal. I cannot stop looking at my hands. The detail! The colours! The speed at which the set was created!
And so reasonably priced too. Find out more here.
Skin tints
Yes, that’s alright, another skin tint has hit the makeup market – and seeing as theyre the most popular product of the past year, that’s no surprise.
The days of a thick, full coverage foundation are not entirely over, but they’re definitely on the wane, as so many brands are embracing lighter coverage products, working with the skin to enhance, glow, and protect.
Inglot is the latest brand to do so. They’ve just dropped their new Skin-Perfecting CC Face Cream SPF 30, which promises to even out skin tone, smooth the complexion, and deliver a subtle, radiant finish—without a mask-like effect.
It also protects against UVA and UVB rays, so you can look after your skin without a super heavy look – while improving its tone and texture too.
