The STELLAR Autumn Work Out Edit

I know, I know, working out in this heat is the last thing that any of us want to be doing.

Even just strolling to the shops takes it out of you, sweat dripping down your face as you pick up a carton of milk, pit stains when all you wanted was a pack of toilet roll.

Honestly, the gym has been a bit of a respite for me. There’s aircon, it’s cool, and being a sweaty mess is totally normal. In fact, it’s encouraged.

Lately I’ve been planning a bit of a work out gear overhaul. My bras are old, my runners are falling apart, my water bottle truly has seen better days.
