False Alarm? Here’s The Truth Behind Those Rumours That Ed Sheeran Is Quitting Music

There's no need to worry, Ed fans.

Phew! It was touch and go there for a while with rumours swirling that Ed Sheeran was set to quit music following his Divide tour, but thankfully the singer has stated clearly that they’re simply not true.

A source claimed Ed had “pretty much achieved everything there is to achieve in music.”

They told The Daily Star “He absolutely loves what he does and is riding the wave of his success at the moment, but at the same time he wants a more normal life.

“When or if he gets married he wants to put his wife and kids first and not his career. If that means going AWOL for years then so be it.”

Ed’s response? “Das Bollocks.”
