Miley Cyrus Has Finally Opened Up About How Her And Liam Got Back Together After Their Split

Theirs was a split that left us devo so you can only imagine we were cheering when Miley and Liam finally got back together two years after calling off their engagement in 2013.

But what happened? How did the couple manage to set aside their differences and make it work despite the odds?

Well, Miley has opened up and been super honest about it in a new interview with Rolling Stone.

“I needed to change so much,” she admits, before adding that change wasn’t without its challenges. “Changing with someone else not changing like that is too hard. Suddenly you’re like, ‘I don’t recognise you anymore.’”

Thankfully Miley and Liam did make changes and from there she says the couple “had to refall for each other.” Aww.

It’s worth noting that the couple’s split happened around the same time that Miley completely overhauled her image and went through a bit of wild phase alongside the release of her album Bangerz.

It wasn’t until she wrapped her tour in 2015 that she ended up in Australia where rumours began swirling that she and Liam had rekindled their romance. Then in January 2016 Miley was spotted wearing her old engagement ring and their fresh start was all but confirmed.
