Kris Jenner’s Big ‘Inspiring’ Announcement About Kendall Has Fallen Very, Very Flat
Everyone thought she was coming out, apparently.
Queen of hype-building Kris Jenner teased a very serious announcement about daughter Kendall on her Instagram on Saturday, leading people to believe the model was coming out as gay. However, fans have been left super disappointed by the actual big reveal.
In a post on Kris’ Insta, Kendall talks about being able to “help” lots of her followers now that she’s ready to talk about something she and lots of other people experience, however doesn’t specify what it is. In the caption of the video, Kris writes:
“I’m so proud of my darling @KendallJenner for being so brave and vulnerable.
“Make sure to watch Kendall’s Twitter on Sunday night to find out what I’m talking about and be prepared to be moved.”
Prepare to be moved? Understandably fans thought something BIG was coming. However, Kendall shared on her Twitter last night that she is the new face of celebrity-endorsed acne treatment Proactiv…and that was actually the announcement. Safe to say people are ANGRY.
@KrisJenner "prepare to be moved" really? I mean like really? pic.twitter.com/6YHQqVK9ny

We all have acne, why making such a big deal about it like was something anormal ? Building a whole promo around a sponsorship with a pathetic backstory, claiming it is life changing…honestly, this is kinda insulting towards people like me who truly suffer with acne.

Angry fans are now commenting on Kris’ Insta post expressing their disappointment in the reveal. One commenter wrote, “I guess when you’re a privileged millionaire living in the lap of luxury a zit is probably pretty devastating. Hope she pulls through it.” Another said “can you imagine being so privileged that your biggest problem in life was some pimples?”
We get that acne can be damaging to someone’s self-esteem, but let’s be real here – this isn’t an acne announcement, it’s another deal announcement. Rude, Kris..rude.
