With staycations a must this summer; we’re embracing our gorgeous coastlines, by talking a plunge into the sea at some of Ireland’s finest spots.
If you’ve picked up the latest issue of STELLAR (on sale now), you’ll see our feature on all the benefits of sea swimming. One of the most social and rejuvenating activities in the open air, we spoke to some avid Irish sea swimmers to discuss their favourite spots and why they would recommend sea swimming to all.
Be it a sunrise swim, a sunset swim, or a bop down to the local seaside at your holiday home, nothing beats dipping your toes into the water and having a refreshing soak.

As always, remember to exercise extreme caution when swimming in the sea. Don’t try anything even remotely risqué if you’re not a strong swimmer and remember that safety comes in numbers; look out for each other.
