Cute! Vogue And Spencer Have Picked A Very Familiar Face To Be Gigi’s Godfather

The Made In Chelsea star announced the news on his Instagram earlier this week.

I’m sure fans of the hit E4 show Made In Chelsea will be able to recognise this familiar face. Earlier in the week, Jamie Laing shared a photo of himself and little baby Gigi Margaux Matthews to his Instagram channel, announcing himself as the godfather of the little tot.

“My first picture ever taken with my gorgeous, beautiful God Daughter Gigi Margaux Matthews…” Jamie wrote online.

As Jamie and Spencer’s friendship dates back years, to when the pair first debuted on MIC together, it’s no surprise that Jamie was chosen as the godfather.

Jamie and his girlfriend, Sophie Habbo also spend plenty of time heading on dates with Spencer and Vogue and so, the 32-year-old is the perfect choice for the important godparent duties.

However, the meetings will be put on pause for a while as Jamie is set to have all his time taken up by a new venture, Strictly Come Dancing. Taking part in a tough dancing regime to get into shape for the hit show, Jamie will join a whole host of celebrity contestants who’ve just been announced earlier this week.

It isn’t known yet as to who the godmother of the little tot is, but it’s certainly not going to be the last bundle of joy for Spencer and Vogue who’ve planned to have a large family.

“Spenny did actually say that, that we could have four kids if I swore that we could have a live-in nanny by the time we had four kids,” explained Vogue on their podcast.

Later, she admitted that the pair have discussed their wishes to have a large family – cute!

Vogue gave birth to Gigi in late July, the pair already share one son together, two-year-old Theodore.
