So Rihanna Reportedly Kept A$AP Rocky In The Friend Zone ‘For Years’

Remember back in January of 2020? Nah, me neither, considering it feels more like seven years ago. But at the time, Rihanna and A$AP Rocky were first linked. They were spotted kissing backstage at a concert, and a source who spoke to The Sun said: “they’re really enjoying each other’s company and taking things easy as it’s still early days.”

And now, it sounds like the pair are getting closer and taking things up a level. According to Us Weekly, a source revealed: “A$AP has been very into Rihanna for years” and he “was always the instigator” in their flirty vibe.

But Rihanna “would brush off his advances and kept him in the friend zone” until things took a seemingly romantic turn. “Things changed over the summer and they finally hooked up,” the source said. “They’ve been together ever since.”

Although neither Rihanna or A$AP Rocky have actually confirmed anything themselves, so we’re taking this with a little pinch of salt, while waiting patiently for them to go Instagram official of course.
