Emma Watson Sparks Engagement Rumours With Boyfriend Leo Robinton

Engaged or not, we certainly know she's no longer 'self-partnered.'

The rumour mill going ninety at the moment as many think Emma Watson may be engaged. In some recent snaps the Harry Potter star has been spotted wearing a simple band on her ring finger whilst in LA.

Emma has been dating her boyfriend, Leo Robinton  since 2019, and they’ve been spotted together in both LA, as well as Primrose Hill in London.

The pictures of Emma wearing the ring were published by the MailOnline and it is reported they were just back from a trip to Mexico. Coming back from a romantic holiday with some new jewellery on your left hand is sure to spark engagement rumours…

From what we know, Leo is 31, works with a company that specialises in legalising cannabis in California and is based in LA.

According to a source speaking with the Daily Mail last April the pair seemed to be getting serious. An insider said; “Emma introduced Leo to her parents; she was really serious about him.”

“They went for a meal together back in December at The Ivy restaurant in St John’s Wood not long after Emma and Leo first met.”

The timeline of their relationship is interesting as Emma famously coined the now iconic phrase ‘self-partnered’ in a British Vogue interview back in 2019.

The interview was centred around Emma turning 30 later that year and the pressure on women to have certain things ‘ticked off’ by a certain age.

She admitted it took her a while to feel happy being single; “I never believed this whole ‘I’m happy single’ spiel… It took me a long time, but I’m very happy [being single]. I call it being self-partnered.”
