Kim Kardashian Opens Up About Life As A Single Mother

The reality tv star has revealed that when it comes to her kids, her celebrity status doesn’t get her out of being both a regular mom and a cool mom to them.

In an interview with Jay Shetty on his podcast, On Purpose With Jay Shetty, the mum of four revealed: “There are nights I cry myself to sleep.”

It seems just like the rest of us, Kim K has felt the difficult realities of being a parent to North, nine, Chicago, five, Saint, seven, and Psalm, four, who she shares with her ex-Kanye West.

When asked by Jay what parenting is like for her now, compared to what she thought it would be, the 42-year-old reflected on the phrase “the days are long but the years are short” saying: “that couldn’t be like a more true statement.”

She continues on saying: “So, when you’re in it, I mean, especially when they’re babies and you’re feeding … there’s madness going on. It’s like full madness. It’s the best chaos though.”

The SKIMS founder details her morning saying, “you’ve no idea what’s going on”.

Her morning jobs consist of becoming a hairdresser, a stylist, a chef as well as good and bad cop.

She says: “It’s like I always have to do one of my daughter’s hair — and it has to be perfect and it has to be a certain way — and then this one needs me to put his shoes on and they all need you. … It’s like full crazy madness, cooking, running around. Like, it’s wild.”

Opening up about her own feelings, the reality star says:”There are nights I cry myself to sleep. Like, holy s*it, this f**king tornado in my house. Like, what just happened?”

But, she adds: “It is the most rewarding job in the entire world. It is. There is nothing that can prepare you. … I don’t care how long you wait. I don’t care what you’re waiting for. You are never prepared.”
