The 6 Beauty Products Irish Beauty Bloggers Can’t Live Without
We've got the low-down on the products Irish beauty bloggers simply can't be without, from tan to face masks & more.
Whenever we need make-up tips or product advice, beauty bloggers are our number one go-to. Through make-up tutorials and reviews we learn what’s worth investing in and – crucially – what’s not. With that in mind, we’ve taken a look at the top-rated and most loved products used by our favourite Irish bloggers. Here are the products they can’t get enough of…
1. Glam Glow
This fab face mask is a favourite of Pippa O’Connor and Holly Carpenter. We’ve seen their reviews (and their Snapchat vids). With five different masks to choose from there is one to meet all skin needs. The choices include Youthmud, Supermud, Flashmud, Thirstymud, and Powermud.
Glam Glow YouthMud, €56
2. Elnett
The holy grail of all hairspray, this is a fave of bloggers Rosie Connolly and Suzanne Jackson. It has a strong hold without drying out your hair, or giving it that dreaded ‘crispy’ feel. It’s easy to brush out, too.
Elnett satin hold hairspray, €8.99
3. Lipikar Huile
This amazing moisturiser is made by La Roche Posay and is a favourite of Dolly rouge and of Rosie Connolly too. This oil based body moisturiser is soap-free, paraban-free, and alcohol-free. It soothes the skin and restores lipids in the skin. It’s also only €13.75 too. What a steal!
Lipikar Huile, €13.75
4. ‘They’re Real’ mascara
This amaze mascara from Benefit is raved about by So Sue me and Chloe Boucher. It does exactly what you want your mascara to do: lengthens your lashes, makes them look thicker, curls, and doesn’t clump your lashes. It’s also really black! We <3.
They’re Real mascara, €26
5. MAC Prolongwear Concealer
Another no.1 pick of Chloe Boucher’s, this concealer provides excellent coverage and comes in a wide variety of shades. It can be used to cover blemishes and dark circles, among other skin issues.
6. Cocoa Brown
This tan is a staple product on so many blogs; from Pippa.ie, and The Beautiful Truth, to So Sue Me and Hearts Heels and Handbags. Made by Irish beauty professional Marissa Carter, Cocoa Brown has a variety of tan choices on offer. There’s One Hour Tan, Night and Day Tan, and even Tough Stuff tan remover.
Cocoa Brown 1 Hour Tan, €7.95
