Lisa Murrin, founder of Eathos Dublin, gives us food envy on the daily with her drool-inducing Instagram posts on the_health_balance. This paleo banana and pecan muffin is our fave because it tastes so good, but is also paleo-friendly, and gluten and dairy-free. With creations that are healthy but super tasty too, we’re not surprised she’s racked up over 5,000 followers.

2. Irish Foodie

Irish foodie Salt and Rye is making us salivate on the regular, particularly with her killer baking skills. This is just one of the mouth waitering cakes you can gawk at over on her Instagram; although it might be 10 million calories we think it’d be worth every single one.
