Besties? Taylor Swift Has Added A Surprising New Celebrity To Her Squad

Taylor Swift has so many gal pals in her squad right now that we can hardly keep track, but it looks like she’s just added another celeb to her long list of besties – and it’s certainly not someone who we would have expected.

The celeb in question? It’s Dakota Jonhson, who was spotted FaceTiming Taylor with her old pal Cara Delevingne yesterday.

In a pic shared on Cara’s Instagram and captioned #facetimefamilyphoto, the usually media shy Dakota looks only delira to be chatting with squad head honcho Tay, months ahead of the Fifty Shades Darker release in February.

So what’s the deal then? Is Dakota now an official member of the gang?

Well, Dakota and Cara have been friends for quite some time, famously holding hands leaving one of Karl Legerfield’s yacht parties last year. She’s also been photographed with Tay’s BFF Karlie Kloss in the past too so it makes sense that Dakota would eventually be included in one of Hollywood’s biggest friendship groups.

Whatever’s going on though, if Tay is planning on expanding the squad it could be a smart move as she and her pals have recently come under fire from Demi Lovato who slammed them for not “having normal bodies”.

We guess it’s all about power in numbers, eh, Taylor?
