Bored Of the Club Scene? Here’s Why You Should Hit Up Koh’s Cocktail Masterclass For Your Next Girly Night Out

If you follow STELLAR on social media, you may have noticed that, along with our sister publications VIP and TV Now Magazines, we had a deadly time of it on our summer staff night out last Friday.

For the party, we hit up Koh Restaurant and after eating a delish three course Thai dinner (check out the yummy pic below!) we took to the other side of the bar to try our hand at making cocktails.

Now, we’re all novices at STELLAR HQ, but thankfully you don’t need to clued in about cocktails to take the class.

Instead one of Koh’s expert mixologists will guide you through everything you need to know: think perfecting your shake, using the right ingredients and learning how to stir and strain a great tasting bevvy.

For our lesson we made Cosmos and Mojitos, and despite a few mishaps (like accidentally adding an extra shot of vodka to our Cosmos. Oops!) we have to say, they turned out pretty well, even if we do say so ourselves.

Our verdict?

Great for a hen party or just a girly Friday night, it’s the perfect craic-filled, Instagramable night out, which (hopefully) won’t leave you with too much of hangover the next day.
