You’d be forgiven for assuming that Cheryl and Liam have already welcomed their first child, because it seems celebrities and fans alike have been rushing to congratulate them, despite the couple offering no confirmation that their little bub has arrived.

Surprisingly, Ne-Yo was one of the first to get in on the action.

“A fly lil’ lullaby for a fly lil’ baby n’ super fly lil’ mama,’” he said to OK! when asked about about the arrival of the couple’s first child.

Hmm.

Holly Willoughby also spoke about their new little ‘un.

Chatting about her role on Celebrity Juice, the presenter said on air “It would be nice if Cheryl and Liam Payne would come on and bring in their new baby! Kate Middleton and Prince William are always invited too – they can come on whenever they like!”

Sorry, what? Do Ne-Yo and Holly know something we don’t?

Speculation has been rife for several weeks now that the pair have already become parents, and a statement, allegedly leaked from Chezza’s lawyers yesterday, suggests that they may indeed have welcomed their little one but will be waiting a while before making the big announcement.

“Within a reasonable amount of time after having left the hospital, our clients intend to make an official announcement,” the statement reads.
