Devastated…. Looks Like Modern Family Will Be Coming To An End After Ten Seasons

One of our all-time favourite shows has sadly announced that it will be coming to an end very soon.

Modern Family, starring Sarah Hyland, Jesse Tyler-Ferguson, Sofia Vergara, Julie Bowen and Ariel Winter, has been making us laugh ever since the show debuted back in 2009.

But now it seems the days of Fizbo the Clown and the rest of the gang are almost over, with co-creators, Steven Levitan and Christopher Lloyd revealing that season 10 will be the last.

“Our plan is to end it at ten,” Steven told the Hollywood Reporter.

“If we can leave with most of our audience wanting more, I think that’s the right way to do it,” adding that he couldn’t “imagine that we’d go past that.

“We haven’t figured out the episode we’re doing three weeks from now. It’s just a little over a year and a half from now. We’ve got time to think about that.”

The hit HBO show recently celebrated 200 episodes, peaking at over 14 million viewers.

The show also won Outstanding Comedy Series at the Emmys for five straight years.

We’ll be sad to see it go!
