Hold Up! Does This Lyric Straight Up Prove Harry Styles’ New Song Is About His Relationship With Taylor Swift?

It certainly sounds like it.

Theirs was a super brief romance but Taylor and Harry’s quicky courtship certainly seems to have left an impression.

In fact, it’s widely assumed that Taylor’s 2014 hit Style is about Harry, and now it seems he’s repaid the favour, bt talking about his ex in the lyrics for his new song Two Ghosts.

In it, Harry references Taylor’s signature red lip.

The lyrics read:

“Same lips, red. Same eyes, blue/ Same white shirt, couple more tattoos/ But it’s not you and it’s not me/ Tastes so sweet, looks so real/ sounds like something that I used to feel but I can’t touch what I see.”

As if that wasn’t enough, the lyrics closely match those from Style.

The lyrics from Taylor’s hit read:

“You got that James Dean daydream look in your eye / And I got that red lip, classic thing that you like / And when we go crashing down, we come back every time / ‘Cause we never go out of style, we never go out of style / You’ve got that long hair slick back, white t-shirt…”

Red lips? White shirts? Blue eyes? We don’t know about you, but we’re convinced these two are reliving some old memories.
