‘It’s Over’: Sarah Jessica Parker Shares Some Seriously Disappointing News About Sex And The City

If you’ve been looking forward to seeing Carrie, Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda in Sex And The City 3 then we’re sorry to break it to you, but we’ve got some disappointing news.

Sarah Jessica Parker has broken the news, that despite the third sequel being due to start production this year, the movie has been officially canned.

She told Extra: “It’s over. We’re not doing it. I’m disappointed. We had this beautiful, funny, heartbreaking, joyful, very relatable script and story.”

SJP continued: “It’s not just disappointing that we don’t get to tell the story and have that experience, but more so for that audience that has been so vocal in wanting another movie.”

There are also rumours that the movie was canned due to differences between Sarah Jessica Parker and Kim Cattral, though nothing has been confirmed.

Either way, it looks like we’ll just have to re-watch the first two films.
