NSFW! Introducing Nutscaping: The Selfie Trend Where Men Dangle Their Balls In Front Of Scenery
No, we're not kidding. Warning: sexually explicit material ahead.
We thought we’d seen it all when it came to selfies, from the Kim Kardashian-Inspired belfie to after-sex selfies. But then we came across @nutscape; the Instagram, Twitter and Tumblr account that snaps pics of gorgeous scenery, (think beautiful sunsets, stunning landscapes and ocean backdrops) with one sly addition, er, a set of hairy balls dangling at the top of the shot.
The next thing I knew, I was taking a picture of my balls dipping into the negative space above the glacier.
But it’s not gross, you guys; it’s art. The account’s founder Clancy Philbrick explained to The Daily Dot, “I was on a solo trip out in the bush of New Zealand shooting some typical landscape photography and while on top of a mountain looking out at this amazing concave glacier in the distance, I felt a great gratitude for my surroundings and a primal urge to connect on a deeper level with Mother Nature. The next thing I knew, I was taking a picture of my balls dipping into the negative space above the glacier.”
Not your, um, standard selfie, you’ll agree.
Nutscapes is now a duo endeavour with Clancy’s mate getting in on the, er, nutscaping action, and co-running both their Twitter and Instagram feeds.
They’ve since started taking submissions too, meaning your male bessie, your boyf or (gross!) your brother can send in a cheeky nut shot to be featured.
While hairy nut sacks might not be the first thing we’d want to see while scrolling through our feeds at lunch, it makes a difference from endless selfies, coffee cup shots and drool-inducing brunches, we guess.
