‘Oh God, I Look Horrible’: Courtney Cox Opens Up About Plastic Surgery Regret

It’s probably fair to say that life under the public eye subjects you to a particularly intense kind of scrutiny and we’ve no doubt that for celebrities who are papped on the daily, fame can magnify even the smallest of insecurities.

Now, Courtney Cox, who has been blasted by fans in the past for having too much plastic surgery, has expressed her regret at going under the knife in a bid to halt the aging process.

In an episode of Running Wild With Bear Grylls, Courtney opened up on the topic.

“Getting older is not the easiest thing. But I have learned lessons. I was trying to keep up with getting older and trying to chase that. It’s something you can’t keep up with,” she said. “Sometimes you find yourself trying and then you look at a picture of yourself and you go, ‘oh God, I look horrible.’”

She adds: “I have done things that I regret and luckily there are things that dissolve and go away. So that’s good because it’s not always been my best look.”

While Courtney’s changing appearance has certainly drawn headlines in the past, it seems that she won’t be altering the way she looks anytime soon, revealing to Bear that her new life motto is to simply “let it be.”
