Wait, What? Jennifer Lawrence Is Currently Getting Blamed For Chris And Anna’s Split

The pair announced they were “legally separating” over the weekend.

You’ve likely already heard the heart-wrenching news that one of Hollywood’s most loved couples, Anna Faris and Chris Pratt are separating, but you might not have heard that Jennifer Lawrence is baring the brunt of the blame for it.

When the pair announced that they were separating via their social media accounts, fans quickly suggested that Jennifer may have played some part in it. Why so? Well, Jennifer and Chris starred alongside each other in the movie Passengers and rumours quickly spread that the pair were having an affair.

At the time, Anna was very much aware of the rumours and even spoke publicly about the speculation on her podcast Anna Faris Is Unqualified, revealing that they’d made her feel “incredibly insecure.”

She explained: “Chris and I, we talk about this a lot. We grapple with a lot of the ideas of being a public couple. I just remember feeling so hurt in a way that bothered me, because I didn’t want to think of myself as somebody who could be affected by … tabloid shit.”

Now fans have been dredging up the same old rumours…

Our thoughts? Chris and Anna could have split for any number of reasons, and we doubt Jennifer, who is happily coupled with director Darren Aronofsky, has anything to do with it.
