Yikes! Bella Hadid’s Pre-VS Fashion Show Workouts Look As Intense As You’d Imagine

The Victoria’s Secret fashion show is only one week away and just like the rest of the models, Bella Hadid has been working hard to hone her physique in the lead up to the show.

Really hard, in fact.

The model took to Instagram just this week to share a snippet of one of her workouts, and what can we say? It looks grueling to say the least.


Just like her sister Gigi, Bella’s workout of choice is a hardy boxing session, which she performs every day for two hours. We’ll repeat that: TWO. HOURS.

What’s more is, Bella focuses on interval training meaning you best believe she works hella hard when she’s cramming the moves into that 120-minute session.

Earlier this month, the model ‘fessed that her intense exercise routine had caused her to lose too much weight and admitted that she’d like to regain some of her curves post-show.

“My weight fluctuates so much. I really didn’t mean to [lose weight],” she told People.

“I worked out so hard and everybody is like, ‘Oh she looks so skinny blah, blah, blah, but I think that if you just stick to something you can really achieve so much. I’ve been eating hard protein every day, and working out for three hours every day. It’s crazy but I think that you know if you set your mind to something I think you can succeed.”

Three hours in the gym? Hey, as long as Bella’s feeling fit and strong that’s the main thing.

Now, who’s excited for the VS show on December 5th?
