What’s Kanye West Up To At All?

The rapper has gone off on one on Twitter, and Kim K has had to come clean things up.

After weeks of silence, Kanye West returned to Twitter earlier this month and has basically not left it since.

He’s touched on too many topics to mention, but his latest burst of activity has has people wondering if he’s feeling OK.

Kanye has been tweeting pretty much non-stop for the past 24 hours on a variety of subjects including his company, his children, his home, other rappers, and… his love for Trump:

It seems that at one stage, Kim got on to him to tell him to clear some things up:

Nevertheless, he still went on to tweet about his Make America Great Again hat, something Trump himself was delighted about.

Some gossip sites speculated that Kanye was having a mental breakdown, prompting Kim to send out a flurry of tweets asking the media to stop ‘demonising’ her husband:

She said that Kanye was actually out of his ‘sunken place’ (a reference to the film Get Out) and feeling like himself again.

He’s a free thinker, is that not allowed in America? Because some of his ideas differ from yours you have to throw in the mental health card? That’s just not fair. He’s actually out of the sunken place when he’s being himself, which is very expressive.

She reiterated that she did not share his feelings on Trump, but she respects his right to an opinion: “Most people (including myself) have very different feelings and opinions about this. But this is HIS opinion. I believe in people being able to have their own opinions, even if really different from mine. He never said he agrees with [Trump’s] politics.”

Kanye will never run in the race of popular opinion and we know that and that’s why I love him and respect him and in a few years when someone else says the same exact thing but they aren’t labeled the way he is and you will all praise them! Kanye is years ahead of his time.

We do agree with her that this seems to be an instance of Kanye being Kanye to the nth degree (even though John Legend makes a great point in this thread). But maybe Kimmy should give him a screen time-out? Just for a few hours so we can all calm down. Cheers gal.
