Well, that's not ideal

Anyone who knows anything about the Kardashians, knows how close they are to fellow famous family and reality royalty, the Hadids. But things seem to be getting complicated as Khloe Kardashian is reportedly being sued over a picture of Bella Hadid.
So are they feuding? Is there drama?
Well, it’s a bit more complicated than that. It all started when Khloe apparently shared some pics of Bella wearing a pair of jeans from Khloe’s brand, Good American. Khloe captioned it, “My baby @bellahadid is rocking her @goodamerican denim!! I love you, Bella baby.”
And Bella actually replied, writing, “Love YOU!!!” with a heart and crown emoji. So what’s the problem?
Well, it seems neither Bella nor Khloe actually owned the pictures.

According to InTouch, court filings by Alo Photography claim they own the rights to the photos, so Khloe and Good American are being sued for “copyright infringement”. They claim Khloe used the images without permission to promote her Good American brand.
The document apparently claims, “Upon information and belief, the infringements increased traffic to the account and, in turn, caused the defendant to realize an increase in its merchandise sales.” Simply put, the images brought people to Khloe’s page and increased Good American’s sales.
The photos have been deleted from Khloe’s account, but that might not matter as Alo is reportedly arguing that a lot of people already saw them, and so the damage is done.
So it seems theirs no feud between the famous fams, but it’s still a pretty tricky situation.

Bella’s sister Gigi Hadid has actually been in a very similar situation. Back in 2019, Gigi was sued by a paparazzi agency for posting a photo of herself, which they had taken, on Instagram. The case was thrown out as the paparazzi agency didn’t have a copyright on the image when they filed the suit.
So this isn’t an uncommon situation, let’s just hope it gets worked out.
