Emily In Paris S2 Lands Today, Here’s Everything You Need To Know
Ideal for while you wrap your presents
In great news today, season 2 of Emily In Paris has finally landed on Netflix, the 22nd of December. So, if you were wondering how to spend the next few evenings in between wrapping presents and knocking back the Baileys, that’s it sorted.
It’s been a long time coming for fans of the show, and if the last year of reports are anything to go by, we should be in for a treat when we settle down in front of the TV this week. Here’s what to expect.
New Characters
Three new characters will be joining the cast. A new love-interest for Emily, you know just to spice things up, Alfie played by Lucien Laviscount (yes the boy that was recently spotted on a date with Jessy Nelson). Along with guest stars Jeremy O Harris and Arnold Binard.
BTS Snaps
Following some of the show’s biggest stars on social media gives us a pretty good insight into what is going on with the show as they’re filming.
One picture in particular broke the internet earlier this year, showing Emily, Mindy and Camille in an usual looking location. That location being St. Tropez, meaning – Emily’s going on holiday!

So we can expect to see more than just Paris in the next season.
When did filming wrap?
Yes! Filming has indeed come to an end. Back in August Lily Collins shared an emotional post on her Instagram saying:
“Last day on set and I can’t imagine wrapping on a more perfect note with my @emilyinparis partner in crime. I’m not crying, you’re crying!”

Should We Expect Drama?
Silly question, because of course we should. Camille Razat, who plays Camille in the show even said so herself. Speaking with People she said:
“It will be a rollercoaster”
“It’s much more complicated. There are much more emotional scenes. My character is even more important. I think season 2, it will be better than season 1, actually.”
Why not whet your whistle and take a look at the trailer below? Happy viewing!
