Kardashian Sisters Rally Around Travis Barker Following Seven Day Hospitalisation

Travis Barker is out of hospital following a life threatening seven day hospitalisation that saw him suffer inflammation of the pancreas, brought on by an endoscopic procedure.

Admitting that he’s feeling “grateful” to be out of hospital and on the mend again, the 46-year-old thanked his nearest and dearest for all their support during his sickness, including his new family – his in-laws.

Sharing a photo of a white rose arrangement in a black vase, Travis tagged Khloe and Kim Kardashian as well as Kylie and Kendall Jenner, simply writing “thank you”.

The father-of-three was joined by his wife Kourtney Kardashian throughout his hospital stay, with Kourtney retaliating to media outlets online who reported that she was out and about while Travis was in hospital and shamed them for sharing “old” paparazzi shots.

However, the star also expressed her relief to see her husband feeling better, writing:

“Oh what a scary and emotional week it has been, our health is everything and sometimes we take for granted how quickly it can change.

“I am so grateful to God for healing my husband, for all of your prayers for him and for us, for the overwhelming outpouring of love and support. I am so touched and appreciative.

“I am so so thankful to our specialists, doctors, and nurses at Cedars Sinai for taking such wonderful care of my husband and me during our stay.”

This incident happens just one month after Travis married Kourtney Kardashian in a lavish Italian ceremony. The couples’ close friends and family joined them in Portofino to celebrate their love.
