Of course, the game turns to sex and the islanders who have had sex in public have to drink.

The contestants also must reveal if they have ever dated a celebrity and not one, but two islanders drink up.

Lana admits, “My most recent ex-boyfriend is an actor.” We know that Lana has dated I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here runner-up Owen Warner, but what will Ron think of this?

Zara and Olivia both drink up too, Olivia explains, “I’ve dated someone in the athletic field,” while Zara shares, “I’ve gotten with an athlete before, a famous athlete, very famous.”
