Paul Mescal Will Be On The Late Late Show This Week

Paul Mescal will be leading this week’s Late Late line-up and we couldn’t be more excited.

We already told you that Paul would be jetting into Ireland to walk the red carpet for the Dublin International Film Festival. But he’ll be making the most of his time here.

He’ll be joining Ryan Tubridy in studio on Friday night to chat about his incredible career so far, as well as his Oscar nomination and what comes next.

Ryan confirmed the news on his RTÉ Radio 1 show on Monday morning, much to our delight.

He joked that he will look Paul in the eye on Friday and tell him: “Stop being so good at everything, it makes all of us feel very inadequate!”

We honestly can’t cope!

It comes after Paul walked the BAFTA red carpet where he was nominated for Best Actor for his role in Aftersun.

He, Colin Farrell and Daryl McCormack, unfortunately, missed out on the award to Austin Butler on the night.

However, Paul cemented his place in the hearts of Irish people as he did a whole interview as Gaeilge with TG4. And he melted all our hearts!

He definitely tried his best with his cúpla focal.
