The Jonas Brothers Talk Touring For The First Time As Dads
The boys are back in town!
The Jonas Brothers have just kicked off their first tour as dads and we couldn’t be more excited for them.
Joe, Kevin and Nick kick off their biggest tour yet at Yankee Stadium in The Bronx earlier this week. This time though each of them are taking the stage as a Jonas dad.
The guys chatted to PEOPLE about teaming up with American childrenswear brand The Children’s Place for their 2023 Back To School campaign where they also opened up about being dads for the first time while on the road.

Nick said: “It’s just about being present in all the moments you can. For me in particular, I try to do the best I can to always be there when I can be, but it’s different for everybody.”
He continued on saying: “We’ve been doing this for a long time, making music and being on the road. So it’s kind of a part of our DNA.”

Kevin says that his two girls – Alena, nine and Valentina, six – “love being on the road” and are always really excited when they get to come on tour to see their dad play sold-out shows.
But, when it comes to school time, the girls stay home and facetime their dad before he gets on stage.
“[I get] facetimes around 5pm to do homework. Sometimes I’m getting ready to go on stage and I think about that maths and how fourth-grade maths is different than it used to be, so I’m a little more nervous this year about my ability to help,” he laughed.

The brothers will also be performing Little Bird off their latest album, The Album, in honour of their daughters.
Joe said: “I think it’s a beautiful song to share with other parents out there. It’s something that everyone, whether it’s your own parent or parent figure that you have in your life, you can think of that person. It’s really exciting to know going into this, even just creatively, how we can set the stage for that song in particular.”
