Ellen Keane

Paralympic Gold Medallist & Broadcaster

Ellen Keane is one of Ireland’s most celebrated Paralympians, having made her debut at just 13 years old at the Beijing Games and going on to win gold in the 100m breaststroke at the Tokyo Paralympics. Across a remarkable career, she has competed in four Games, earned multiple World and European medals, and become a powerful voice for confidence, diversity, and body positivity. For Ellen, wellness is about self-belief, embracing who you are, and building strength from within – a mindset she hopes to inspire in others. Most recently, she made her debut as a judge on RTÉ’s Ireland’s Fittest Family, where she encourages contestants to push their limits and celebrate both physical and mental resilience.

Laura Fox

Broadcaster and host

Laura Fox is one of Ireland’s most dynamic broadcasters, known for her quick wit, warmth, and genuine relatability. A familiar face on RTÉ, she’s currently hosting the new season of Ireland’s Fittest Family and will take over co-presenting duties on Dancing With The Stars in January. In the midst of planning her wedding, Laura understands real-life balance, confidence, and navigating big transitions with humour and heart. On the night, she’ll share honest, practical insights on self-belief, showing up as your authentic self, and finding joy even when life gets busy.

Miriam Hussey

Pharmacist & Integrative Health and Wellness Coach

Miriam Hussey is a pharmacist, wellness coach, and co-founder of Soul Space, an international movement dedicated to mind-body wellbeing. With a background in yoga, meditation, and holistic health, she champions the philosophy of Lifestyle as Medicine. Caroline Flavin

Sound Healing Practitioner & Wellness Facilitator
