Wait, George Was ‘Kicked Out’ Of Love Island For ‘Offensive Language’?

George – remember him? – left the Love Island villa awhile back.

At the time it was reported that he exited the show because a family member was sick. And although that may have been true, apparently there was another reason why George had to leave the villa. 

The Sun reports that George is using his family member’s health to “mask” the real reason why he left the show after just one day.

Apparently, the 27-year-old used “unacceptable language” repeatedly, and was asked to leave the villa.

A source said: “The situation for George hasn’t been easy, coming out of the villa earlier than expected and returning home to a very difficult family time.”

Since leaving the villa, George has appeared on multiple podcasts discussing his time on the show. 

“They said that my parents had been in touch and that they had some news for me and that they were going to give me a call,” he said after leaving.

“It is all very private. But it was a health concern with a member of the immediate family.”

He also posted on Instagram saying: “Family comes first, always. Leaving the @loveisland villa was a decision made in order to be with my family. Out of respect for them, I’d prefer not to go into any further detail.

“Thank you to everyone who has reached out with kind messages and support! It genuinely means a lot.”

When asked about the reports, ITV said: “We have a duty of care towards George and as such will not be commenting further.”
