3 Summer Mocktails If You Don’t Feel Like Boozing

Summer is here which means that we’ll be meeting friends and enjoying the sunshine as best as we can.
If you’re more of a mocktail lover, we have you covered with these gorgeous options for all your garden parties or just an after-work refresher.
Take a look at these three gorgeous recipes…
Citrus Zest

Ingredients:
- Red Bull Citrus Zest Summer Edition
- 50ml Aloe Juice
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Lime Leaf Syrup (see below)
Method:
Build drink in a Highball glass
- Add Aloe juice, lemon juice, and lime leaf syrup to your glass
- Add ice to the top of the glass
- Add Red Bull to top it off
- Stir it gently
Garnish (optional):
Rim the glass with Maldon sea salt, citric acid, lemon and lime zest
*A small pinch of citric acid to roughly 20g of salt
Lime Leaf Syrup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 250ml water
- 250g sugar
- 6 lime leaves
Method:
- Add sugar and water to a saucepan
- Turn stove on a medium heat and mix until sugar is fully dissolved
- Add lime leaves
- Let it simmer for 10 minutes
- Remove from heat and let it cool
- Once it has cooled, strain syrup
Lime and mint sodas

Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup finely chopped fresh mint leaves
- 8 limes, quartered
- 1/2 cup lime cordial
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1.25 litres soda water, chilled
Method:
- Place mint and lime in a large jug. Using the end of a rolling pin, carefully pound until limes are crushed and juiced. Add cordial and ice. Stir to combine.
- Top with soda water.
Spicy Grapefruit Ginger Fizz

Ingredients:
- Grapefruit juice
- Ginger ale
- Lime Juice
- Fresh Mint
- Ice
Method:
- Add the grapefruit juice, lime juice and mint into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well!
- Pour the mixture into a glass.
- Strain the grapefruit juice mixture over the ice.
- Top with the ginger beer and briefly stir to combine.
- Garnish with mint!
