5 Things We’ve Figured Out About The New ‘Fifty Shades’ Film Based On The First Pictures

The first full trailer for Fifty Shades Darker dropped today, along with a release date: February 10th, 2017.

While five months is a long time to wait until we get our topless-Jamie-Dornan fix (unless the new series of The Fall offers up something), we do have some production stills from the new film to keep us ticking over.

Aside from what we know of the second book – a wounded Christian Grey trying to entice Anastasia back into his life – not much has been revealed about the film’s new instalment.

Here’s what we’ve gleaned from the first look photos*

*Not a lot, because we were too busy objectifying Jamie Dornan.

1. Jamie’s still as ridey as ever.

2. He may have gotten a new haircut.

3. There is some kind of car chase scene, in which Anastasia is NOT dressed for driving.

4. There’s definitely a scene set in a gym (see those exercise balls? YUP.)

5. If you like men in suits, you’ll be sorted.
