Um, What Now? Penneys Is Selling Tanning Water And We Don’t Really Know How To Feel About It

Penneys is our go-to place for budget beauty, but its latest product is raising a few brows here at Stellar HQ. Enter tanning water.

We’ve heard of tanning mousse, tanning gel, and even tanning wipes – but water? That’s a new one.

Supposedly, all you’ve got to do is spritz the formula onto your skin (don’t drink it!) and buff it to achieve a sexy bronze glow. It’s said to dry quickly and develop in a matter of hours.

Irish blogger, Penneys Hun, posted a quick review to Facebook sharing her thoughts on the product.

“I will admit I was a little skeptical when I picked this up last week,” she said, “afraid for my life that I would turn out orange but if you follow the instructions carefully you can’t go wrong – really happy with the colour that developed, a natural bronzed glow! I will do a demo over on my snapchat this week so keep an eye out!!”
